In this position, you will serve the Central New Jersey office, one of more than 70 markets across the United States and Canada.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable prospecting and generating sales leads with prospective clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones to fill the sales pipeline.
You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals.

Essential Functions
Must be able to describe City Wide's solutions and services, appeal to potential clients, and answer customer questions regarding our services.
Self-generate sales leads by making a combination of sales calls, e-mails, and drop-in visits per day for potential customers and new businesses.
Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience.
Conduct market research to identify businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services.
Must be able to manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Microsoft Dynamics), including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set.
Not a work-from-home in the office with a great team in a great location.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm (no weekends)

Requirements
High school diploma, college degree preferred.
6 months to 2 years outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
Must have a "hunter sales" mentality and demonstrate an ability to be persistent, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be motivated to succeed.
Detailed-oriented, excellent time management, and must be able to work independently.
Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills.
Strong with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
