    Essential Job Functions

    • Familiarity with US Government environments including the implementation, management and maintenance of STIGS, PUB 1075 and NIST hardening and Controls.
    • Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Iron Mountain: Active Directory environments and services, Google Workspace and SMTP Relay services and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments and services.
    • Strong understanding of AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes, Group Policy Analysis, GPO Configuration & Item-Level Targeting.
    • Utilizing available tools such as SCCM, Active Directory/GPMC MFA providers, among others, to perform complex hardware and software maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
    • Develop, deploy, and perform compatibility testing of complex application deployments and packages and provide remediation assistance and guidance to other IT staff as needed.
    • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the security of Ameritas' endpoint environment utilizing approved management and remediation tools.
    • Work closely with the Audit and Security teams to address outstanding items and prioritize remediation tasks.
    • Evaluate and maintain existing standards for user profile management.
    • Possess in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) & WSUS including but not limited to patching, vulnerability management, OS upgrades, application updates and device endpoint management
    • Respond to alerts and emergency calls during and outside of normal business hours.
    • Acts as a subject matter expert for multiple technologies or processes within the Active Directory ecosystem..
    • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the technical direction of Iron Mountain.
    • Evaluate newly introduced and emerging endpoint technologies for their potential introduction into Iron Mountain's technology footprint.
    • Contribute to the annual budget process by documenting technical justification for items aligning to the IT roadmap and general review of budget baselines.
    • Track and resolve complex functionality and compatibility issues with little guidance and/or documentation and escalate issues and/or requests with our technology partners as necessary.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional experience in the Information Technologies field
    • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
    • Experience with Microsoft AD & Group Policy - Required
    • Experience with PowerShell / PowerCLI Scripting- Required
    • Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services - Required
    • Experience with Active Directory DNS Services - Required
    • Experience with SCCM and WSUS configuration and management - Required
    • US Citizen and US Located - Required
    • Eligible to obtain any required US Federal or state clearances - Required
