    Description
    Field Service Technician I

    Pay Rate:
    $20/hr, paid weekly

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

    Territory:
    Tampa, FL (75 miles radius)

    Responsibilities

    Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
    Document maintenance activities and keep records of hardware and software systems.
    Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems as needed.
    Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
    Train employees on proper use of computer systems and software.
    Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as necessary.
    Determine and recommend products or services that best fit customers' needs.

    Requirements

    Entry-level to3 years of experience in computer systems maintenance or a related area.
    Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
    Ability to follow instructions and adhere to pre-established guidelines.

    Qualifications

    Experience with troubleshooting and repairing a variety of computer hardware and peripherals.
    Familiarity with user account management in Windows and/or Unix/Linux environments.
    Strong communication skills and ability to train others effectively.
