    Hours: 40 Hours, Days

    Responsibilities:
    Essential Functions
    • Calculates monthly contractual adjustments and prepares required entries for HMG and assists in the preparation of the annual HMG revenue and contractual budget.
    • Maintains 855 facility enrollments/re-validations as required.
    • Prepare monthly reconciliation of Wound Care invoices.
    • Prepare monthly HSN filing Heywood.
    • Maintain/reconcile observation logs for various filings Athol and Heywood.
    • Maintain monthly statistics for annual cost report filings Athol and Heywood.
    • Maintain monthly third party work papers for multiple corporations.
    • Gather information necessary for annual cost report preparation Athol and Heywood.
    • Assists Sr. Financial Analyst in the preparation of regulatory filings for multi corporations.
    • Gather third party information necessary for annual financial audit as assigned by Supervisor.
    • Performs third party analytical work in support of financial decision making as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Job Requirements Minimum Education
    • BS/BA degree in Business or Accounting required or equivalent education/experience in Healthcare finance
    Minimum Work Experience
    • Previous experience in the healthcare industry required with reimbursement preferred
    Required Skills
    • Computer experience in Meditech and Microsoft Office strongly preferred
    • Ability to multi-task working collaboratively and/or independently as needed
