Reports to: Facilities Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team and assist with the technical operations within our attractions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for maintaining all technical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all technical equipment and systems including our attractions, audio-visual equipment, and facility lighting.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs with external vendors or service providers when necessary.

• Collaborate with the facilities manager to identify and implement technology upgrades or enhancements to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards related to technical equipment and systems.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.

• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to technical equipment and systems.

• Familiarity with arcade games, bowling alley equipment, and other entertainment center attractions is a plus.
