- Personal professional net collections definition : Comprises "dollars in the door" from patients seen and procedures performed by physician excludes facility fees and DHS collections. Physicians have no exposure to practice expenses outside of the specialty medical supplies used in advanced procedures, such as spinal cord stimulator devices.
- Signing/relocation bonus: Case-by-case basis
- Partnership track: Physician will be considered for parent company co-investment eligibility following the completion of 18-24 months employment
