- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, technologies and following the company's protocol (CRM, Email Marketing, Video)
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude
- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
