CDL B driver
Work Hours: 5:00 am - 2:00 pm
Work Days: Sunday - Thursday
Pay rate: $27.00 hr
Avg Hours worked per week: 40-50
Any overtime available: Yes
Route coverage area: North - Sparks, West - Truckee, East - Yerrington, South - Lake Tahoe
Any layovers required: No
Type of license required: Class B
CDL Endorsements required: Air Brakes, Hazmat, tanker
Experience required: Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in Process Gas or Soda industry
Special skills required: Ability to safely drive Bulk delivery truck in excess of 10-15k lbs, ability to navigate around city as per daily route instructions
Any other information: Ability to follow a computerized routing system.
Ability to move / lift materials weighing 25-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting and reaching motions; climbing of stairs; perform various physical duties
overnight layover may be required with expected time away 1-2 weeks per month based on needs of business.
Drive Cam in trucks , Zero tolerance for cell and electronic device while driving an Airgas CMV
Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet. Most vehicles are under 6 years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.
You will manage and execute all project requirements, which includes analysing business and organizational shortcomings of clients; preparing weekly reports on status of outstanding matters, and you'll plan the implementation of Solutions and formulating hypotheses and analyses in order to provide recommendations.
At least 22 years old.
Class B CDL minimum with at least 1 year CMV experience experience must be within the last 4 years.
Hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
No preventable accidents of any kind in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.
No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years.
No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for Failure to pay child support.
No DUI in the last 7 years.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
