Title As part of our interdisciplinary team you'll lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism Your daily impact includes Managing Supervising Staff Oversee RBTs BTs to ensure consistent high-quality ABA service delivery Conducting Assessments Planning Perform functional behavior assessments develop individualized treatment goals create engaging evidence-based intervention plans Family Caregiver Training Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success Team Coordination Collaborate with therapists educators and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients This role is ideal for those passionate about autism therapy behavior analysis and making adifference without constraints
