Description

Apply interviewing skills to gather information from internal/external personnel to support writing activities.
Develop and implement process improvements to help improve proposal quality.

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; Experience with traditional video, live orals, and demonstration/scenario proposals.

~ Demonstrated success writing and leading technical, management, staffing, and transition volumes for complex efforts.
~ Excellent writing, organizational, and leadership skills.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
~ The position is onsite in our Fairfax, VA office.
