Supply Chain Analytics Manager
to be a significant contributor for the overall improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics efficiency and effectiveness for Sensient.
You will utilize your data analytical skills to drive strategy and operational performance in the various areas of supply chain and logistics operations that will seek to understand and interpret data, generate insights for the business, enable supply chain decision making to improve efficiencies and reduce cost.
What You'll Do:
Direct responsibility for developing business intelligence, reporting process and analyzing supply chain performance. Develop and support JDE, Cognos and Power BI reports, dashboards and data flows
Implement business intelligence and reporting solutions that facilitates gap closing discussions as a part of Integrated business planning process and adopt best practices for data visualization to showcase data effectively and consistently, and facilitate good data visualization/presentation techniques across the team.
Maintain an analytics process that has credibility at all levels of the organization through continuous improvement, standard processes, best practices, and data governance.
Design data models to integrate sources from various applications and technologies, and curate data to serve as a single source of truth for KPIs.
Collaborate with a cross functional stake holders to identify pain points, data usage, ways of working and reporting requirements and collect requirements from the business, propose ideas for improvement, design processes, and lead others to execute actions.
Summarize and communicate analytical results and recommendations to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization with various levels of specialized subject matter expertise.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business. (MBA Preferred.)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Experience using SQL, JDE, Excel, PowerBI and Cognos preferred.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Access, Tableau etc.).
Adept with queries, report writing and presenting findings
