- Enhance audit methodology, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define audit project expectations, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks in alignment with the Audit plan across various areas.
- Analyze audit findings and present solutions to governing bodies.
- Supervise audit analysts and establish an ongoing testing program.
- Prepare and present audit memorandums annually.
- Stay updated on federal and state regulations to maintain compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated experience and achievements in internal audit with relevant certifications.
