    Title:

    Program Management Analyst, Journeyman

    KBR is seeking a Journeyman Program Management Analyst to join our Team

    This position supports PMA-265 FMS F/A-18 Program, NAVAIR Head Quarters in Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will support the FMS F/A-18 customer and will provide administrative and program support services to the USN FMS IPT for the F/A-18.

    Note: This is not a remote position.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Provides program support to the Kuwait F/A-18 FMS program.
    • Works closely with the Government and KBR Project Manager
    • Drafts technical, financial, and other project data for inclusion in Program Management Reviews (PMR) with Kuwait Air Force personnel.
    • Tracks project cost and schedule and initiates schedule actions as required.
    • Coordinates program activities between management, customer, and contractors.
    • Assist with developing plans to include budgets and schedules to meet contract and program requirements.
    • Monitors progress of program requirements.
    • Researches and creates briefing materials for executive level program reviews and Technical Coordination Meetings (TCM)

    Basic Qualifications:

    • BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline, plus 3 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
    • 2 years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems is required.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance
    • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite; especially Microsoft Power Point and outlook

    Preferred Skills:

    • Able to work independently.
    • Prior experience achieving time-sensitive objectives.
