Registered Nurse - Primary Care Office (Phone Triage)

This is an 8-week contract position.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours weekly.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will primarily utilize phone triage at the primary care office, assisting with patient inquiries and concerns. On occasion, the nurse may be required to help room patients or administer injections, but the main responsibility will be phone triage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone triage and provide nursing assessment.
- Assist with patient rooming and administering injections as needed.
- Maintain accurate records using Meditech charting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification is required.
