The Contracting & Onboarding Administrator will provide a high level of support for our customers by reviewing appointments, providing instruction on transferring appointments, and various other types of administrative work.
Processes updates, changes, and/or additions to carrier appointments, termination requests, and other documents as they relate to new agent onboarding.
Compiles and verifies the accuracy of data to be entered.Takes necessary action to ensure the data submitted is complete, correct, and accurate.
Records work completed, transmits entered information into database, and files or routes documents after entry.
Provides knowledgeable customer service by responding to customer inquiries regarding the status of submitted documents, as well as resolving questions, inconsistencies, or missing data from documents they submit.
Follows proper processes and procedures to ensure timely document turnaround and follow up.Response to requests for service and assistance; Quality Management - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently and completes work promptly.
