    Project Manager Position:

    We are looking for a project manager in the Fort Collins/Longmont region who has a minimum of 5 years of construction experience and 3 years of residential project management experience to manage basement finish projects. A project manager in this role will manage multiple projects at a time. He/she will interface directly with customers and manage subcontractors to finish projects on time while ensuring the highest possible craftsmanship and quality. The best project managers for our company are independent self-starters who are motivated to work in fast-paced environments, great problem solvers, detail oriented, highly organized, and who possess strong written and verbal communication. We are looking for high character, hardworking candidates with positive attitudes, who are trustworthy, proactive, committed to excellence, and willing to learn.

    Job Type:

    · Full time

    Pay:

    · $80,000 - $90,000 per year DOE

    · Base pay + bonus

    Benefits:

    · Vacation (2 weeks standard; 3 weeks after 5 years)

    · Construction Experience: 5-10 years

    · Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
