Mitigation Local, a rapidly growing leader in the restoration industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our dedicated team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing reconstruction projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Evaluate and Sell Projects:
Visit new assignments, interface with clients, and effectively sell the scope of the project.

Customer Education and Communication:
Educate customers on the mitigation process, maintain regular communication, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Project Scope Management:
Identify and document the scope of work, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer expectations.

Estimates and Budgeting:
Review estimates, obtain customer agreement, and create project schedules and budgets.

Permit Acquisition:
Ensure proper permits are acquired for each project.

Subcontractor and Resource Management:
Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers, negotiating terms and setting expectations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in restoration or construction
Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication
Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Ability to successfully complete a background check
Physical ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with a good driving record
Valid contractor's license
IICRC certification is advantageous
