    Description
    Corporate Accountant ($85K + bonus + hybrid)

    Our client is a leading U.S. alternative asset management company focus on commercial real estate, is looking to hire a Corporate Accountant.

    What's In It For You

    Compensation of $85K/ year

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the month-end close processes
    Propose and post monthly journal entries related to prepaid assets, other assets, other liabilities and expenses
    Ensure financial records for various entities are maintained in compliance with U.S. GAAP
    Assist with all compliance related matters including, quarterly reviews and year-end audit support

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in accounting (Minimum GPA 3.0)
    1-3 years of accounting experience (Public Accounting and CPA or CPA candidate is preferred
    Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Yardi General Ledger is preferred
