Description

The Director of IT will report to the CIO and will be a trusted advisor and the primary IT point of contact to business line executives and managers. Director of IT has the overall people responsibility and will serve as the strategic interface with the Commercial, Technical Support Function and Security Landscape for the purpose of technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.

Where you come in:

Demonstrated experience leading hiring decisions with a recent history of building a positive recruiting pipeline with Staffing Partners for temporary and fulltime positions.
Partner with Senior Leadership to identify areas of greatest impact and determine technology solution(s) to execute.
Development and execution of an IT roadmap aligned with clienteles priorities and long- term strategic imperatives.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing solutions and develop strategies and/or new proposed tools/applications for improvement.
Work collaboratively across and within the IT Enterprise in planning, designing, developing, and deploying new applications and enhancements to existing ones.
Lead a team of IT professionals, driving a high performing team culture aligned to business outcomes.
Ensure technology remains in compliance with security and data privacy policies, standards, including accessibility, vulnerability, and website inventory management.
Provide leadership with high value strategic consulting and guidance through key IT initiatives.
Lead development and upkeep of the Commercial organizations technology roadmaps in support of their strategic ambitions. Continuously share knowledge of new technology opportunities and risks that can help drive competitive advantage, improved efficiencies, and effectiveness for Commercial teams.
Partner with Commercial leadership and other key stakeholders to continuously review and prioritize their project portfolios.
