Job summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our leadership team and support our growing workforce across all locations.

This role is essential to cultivating a positive organizational culture, ensuring fair and consistent personnel management, and supporting staff so they can focus on the lifesaving work we do.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (HR certification preferred).3–5 years of professional HR experience preferably in a nonprofit or multi-site organization.strong knowledge of NJ employment law and HR best practices.+

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across all AHS locations including job postings interviewing and candidate selection
  • Partner with department managers to forecast staffing needs
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns grievances and workplace conflicts
  • Maintain compliance with federal state labor laws organizational policies+
