Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and driven Sales Manager/Closer to join our elite team and take our sales operations to the next level.We are looking for someone who has exceptional closing skills and can lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Act as the primary closer on all high-value deals—ensure deals are structured correctly and closed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance department to streamline the F&I process.
