As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with various tasks related to immigration law. You will play a key role in managing case files, interacting with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate document submissions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

    Duties:

    - Assist in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation

    - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents

    - Maintain organized case files and documentation

    - Prepare correspondence, affidavits, and other legal documents

    - Assist in drafting legal briefs and memoranda

    - Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures

    Skills:

    - Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal in business immigration law.

    - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail

    - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish AND English.

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.

    - Strong clerical skills for administrative tasks
