    Excellent Ped Hospitalist opportunity for Vacancy Medical

    Leave coverage from 6/- 10/31/24.

    One provider requested.

    Inpatient

    Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

    Schedule:
    cover Medical Leave 5-7 consecutive days/mo.

    Shift:
    M-F, 8a-6p and night call during days scheduled;

    Sat. & Sun. 8a-8a


    Call Schedule:
    5:30p - 8:00a

    ER Call: 8:00a - 8:00a

    Call Response: 20 min.


    PPS:
    12

    32 Bed Dept.

    No Roundings

    Phone Consults

    Hospital Stroke Certified

    Admissions required.

    100% Peds Medicine

    Call Backs: 0-1/night

    Trauma Level 2 Facility


    Support Staff: 2 RNs

    Other Physicians will be present during Locums coverage.

    Specialties available:
    ED, PICU, Heme-Onc, Neurology,

    Cardiology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, GI, Adolescent,

    Pulmonology, ID, Surgery, ENT, Ortho

    July 2024 Residents will begin rounding again and be

    responsible for 4-7 pts/day so the Attending (Locums)

    will round on those patients with the Resident.

    Support Staff:
    RNs on the Peds floor are staffed 1:3 or

    1:4, NAC is 1 per floor


    EMR:

    EPIC
    Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurance Form

    Malpractice insurance provided.
