As a Part-Time Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and efficient financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in accounting while maintaining a flexible part-time schedule.

salary: $19 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

*work with senior accountant to ensure all transactional accounting functions are prepared for month end

* ap/ar

* reconciliations

* vendor setups

*inventory reporting

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Support month-end and year-end close processes
