    Great Resident-to-Employee Staffing Ratios: We understand the importance of meaningful connections with residents. With our favorable resident-to-employee staffing ratios, you'll provide personalized care and attention to those who need it most.
    Responsibilities
    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
    Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report any changes.
    Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort.
    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
    Maintain accurate medical records for each resident.
    Follow established protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.
    Qualifications
    11:00 pm - 7:30 am shift preferred, but not required.
    Active PA nursing license in good standing.
    A genuine passion for senior care and exceptional service.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
    Detail-oriented and organized.
    Experience in senior care preferred but not required – new graduates are welcome
