- Follow company procedures and standards in completing assigned tasks, ensuring quality control, and supervising assigned technicians.
- Create sketches and scope sheets for estimates, maintain drying records using mobile software, provide accurate scope and sketch, dry logs, photo documentation, and customer contracts to the estimator or coordinator.
- Interact with insurance adjusters in various settings to address issues and respond to inquiries regarding losses.
- Handle multiple tasks such as managing work orders, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are loaded onto trucks for jobs, and prioritize activities to meet deadlines.
- Possibly train new technicians or essential operational and sales team members.
- Prior experience in leadership, training, or management roles.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service standards with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, etc.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Certifications such as ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be ready to:
- Lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects weighing up to 70 pounds frequently.
- Wear respirators and safety equipment when necessary for job conditions.
