    Description
    Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Business Development - Remediation


    • Lead major proposal efforts, develop client/project capture plans. Participate in project scoping activities and proposal presentations.
    • Build strong relationships and interact regularly with key clients, teaming partners and stakeholders linked to the market.
    • Continuously interact with clients assuring satisfaction with Company services and work closely with project delivery personnel to ensure any service issues are identified and addressed in a proactive manner.
    • Engage in industry groups and actively participate in committees and/or Board governance.
    • Mentor staff and grow the team and work portfolio.
    • Reinforce collaboration and team building, ensure client focus, demonstrate commitment to excellence and innovation, and motivate others to ensure positive morale and engagement
    • Provide input on business development priorities, budget and expenditures.
    • Negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions and achieve cost of sales, gross margin, backlog, and other related financial and business goals.
    • Support the identification and mitigation of risks and commercial terms during the project lifecycle.
    Preferred Qualifications

    • 10+ years of related high-level client management experience, 15+ years of total professional and project management experience in consulting engineering firm or related service.
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Environmental
    Engineering Disciplines (Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering ) related field.

    • Proven business development and project management experience.
    • Business acumen related to project management, portfolio financials and risk management.
    • Understanding of sales pipeline management and hard and soft backlog growth.
    • Demonstrated existing relationships with the Industrial/Commercial Market Sector client base
