    Role:
    We are looking for a BCBA to join our growing team in Texas.

    This role is an opportunity for someone to be an integral part of the foundational culture, strategy, and vision of our center.

    The person will participate in all aspects of clinical operations, including client onboarding, programming and training of other therapists.

    Job Duties:
    Develop and implement our clinical programs

    Lead, supervise, and train a team of technicians, therapists

    Maintain and build relationships with clients

    Participate and potentially lead our continuous training initiatives

    Ensure we are providing the highest quality clinical services


    Job Requirements:
    Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
