    Description

    Duties:

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Sort mail and distribute to appropriate staff
    • General office administration, i.e., order supplies, maintain/switch out dumpster, phone system administrator, office meeting notes, etc.
    • Assist homebuilder with current jobs (final power, electrical forms, plans, etc.)
    • Drop off/pick up permits, track permit submittals
    • Assist Warranty Coordinator with scheduling
    • Maintain fleet vehicle/equipment records
    • Assist accountant with printing and scanning bills/statements
    • Assist accountant with weekly expense reports
    • Run errands as needed (mileage reimbursement)

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Google drive/calendar and email experience
    • Previous front office experience
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Excellent communication/written skills
    • Customer service experience

    Additional Requirements:

    • Compensation based on experience
    • Reliable transportation

    Ameri Built Homes offers growth opportunities within the company. This is a part time position with an immediate start available to the right candidate.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
