    We are looking to hire 1 – 2 *experienced HVAC Technicians* to join our residential HVAC service team.

    We are looking for HVAC Service Technicians who want to take control of their own success and make the most of what we have to offer.

    Technicians at Neighborhood are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, presenting & installing repair solutions to residential customer HVAC systems.

    Technicians work independently and as part of our team to demonstrate technical competency, offer great customer experiences, and perform high quality work.

    *What we expect from you:

    • Troubleshoot residential HVAC issues & present repair solutions
    • Complete same day repairs when applicable
    • Provide estimates, create work scopes and material lists
    • Fill out and submit proper paperwork to dispatch office and warehouse
    • Care for your xhmxlyz company vehicle; maintain cleanliness inside & out
    • Alert Vehicles department for required oil changes & maintenance
    • Keep truck stock inventory organized and ensure proper counts
    • Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
    • Ability to join and participate in our On Call rotation
    *HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
    • Possess and maintain a drivers license and clean driving record
    • Be able to work within our entire service area (Central MN)
    • Be able to work 40 hours a week (overtime occasionally offered)
