- Utilizes the ERP system (BPCS/LX) to perform inventory transactions and inquiries, including the use of mobile barcode devices.
- Optimizes storage locations based on part velocity and volume policies.
- Acts as backup for multiple areas when required.
- Assures that material counts are accurately reflected in the system and material is stored according to defined policies and procedures.
- Operates material handling equipment (forklift, order pickers, pallet jacks to move materials.
- Able to identify part types and methods of storage associated with assigned area.
- Performs put-away and picking functions utilizing BPCS barcode devices.
- Maintains accurate stock counts, locations, and product IDs in assigned areas.
- Rearrange material as directed for optimization.
- Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork as required.
- Order picking & staging (30 transactions per day avg.).
- Follows all safety rules and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Minimum six months' forklift operating experience(reach).
- Minimum six months' experience working in a team environment.
- Minimum six months' data entry experience.
- Inventory and cycle counting experience.
- Experience in warehousing activities requiring a high level of precision and productivity.
