- Support the forecasting and planning process through analysis of actual results and variances to forecast and budget.
- Own the data management and maintenance of the Company's forecasting/planning software, Workday Adaptive.
- Ensure that data in Workday Adaptive is reconciled to the Company's ERP, Plex, and that reporting is consistent between the two systems.
- Work with Manufacturing and Sales/Marketing to sync up data from the systems to Adaptive for Budget, Forecast, and KPIs.
- Assist in the maintenance of monthly financial reports, including expense and capital forecast, in close coordination with the Company's Finance team.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package for internal and external stakeholders promptly.
- Work cross-functionally to support departments on budget- and forecast-related requests.
- Support the overall Annual Budget process with department managers and directors.
- Create reports with direction from the Finance Director and Sr FP&A Analyst. These reports will be used for analysis by the Finance and the Depts.
- Ad hoc reporting and assistance to the Finance and Accounting team.

- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Finance or Accounting
- Experience working in Financial Analysis working with large data sets, analyzing financial data, producing modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
- Preferably with 2-5 years of experience working in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and pay attention to detail in small to mid-sized organizations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with ERP, MRP (Plex) system desirable, Consolidation Systems, and financial reporting, and budgeting software; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred.

Our Client, a Scaling Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Company, has dedicated the past decade to designing and developing electrified trucks and platforms for commercial applications. Now, as they prepare for the launch, production, and large-scale manufacturing of their vehicles, they are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst (Financial, Planning & Analysis) to join their growing Accounting and Finance department.
As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial planning and analysis efforts. You'll support the forecasting and planning process, ensure data integrity between systems, collaborate with various departments, assist in financial reporting, and undertake ad hoc analysis.
