What You Will Do:

Train and support Community Relations Coordinators at Senior Living CommunitiesAssist in driving sales & marketing efforts to meet occupancy goalsReview ROI for advertising, referral relationships, etc.

and proactively address opportunitiesProfessionally report occupancy numbers and revenue-building tactics to ownership groups and stakeholdersTravel regionally to support Directors/Community Relations Coordinators and audit building/materials

Why You Are Qualified:

Minimum of Associates degree in Marketing or Communication,or equivalent combination of education and experienceMaintains valid driver's license and ability to drive.

One to three years of experience managing multi-site senior living facilities.
High level of proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law.
