    Job Title:

    Director of Business Development

    We are seeking an experienced professional to drive significant revenue growth in various industries, including healthcare, finance, tourism, and consumer goods.


    About the Role:

    This is a key leadership position responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies and create opportunities to pitch new clients
    • Manage business development efforts
    • Maintain prospect database and build relationships between agency and key prospects
    • Manage regular contact with companies on the prospect list
    • Develop responses to RFPs and work collaboratively with agency teams
    • Organize and direct pitch presentations
    • Provide forecasting and reporting
    • Manage internal resources and negotiate contracts
    • Represent the agency in the business community

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years advertising agency experience
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and events
