- Analyst who will Proces PO's, SOW's, Work Orders.
- Must have Excel expertise
- Joins, Create Macros, write Formulas that automatically populate data / calculations
- Analytics role
- Tableau or Power BI is a plus for reporting not required
- This person will be creating Excel spreadsheets to track timesheet hours, manage OT, time-off tracking and calculate total spend to date.
- Must have great communication skills, proactive – doesn't wait for instructions, able to take charge.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel to analyze the data and preparing business Reports is must.
- Expert level experience with IT service costing and IT service delivery, to include demonstrated experience in creating, designing, and managing IT costing models for large organizations. Experience with Aptio is a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand and manage large sets and/or volume of data to drive identify trends, provide supportable conclusions, and recommend course of action.
- Must have solid organization, negotiation, analysis skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and be effective and decisive under pressure.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Communication skills must include the ability to prepare and verbally present subject matter to management.
- Experience within an IT Production Operations organization is highly desired.
- ITIL Service Design certification is preferred – NOT REQUIRED
