    Head- is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer for a leading engineering firm. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with generous relocation assistance available. The role can be based in one of our Client's locations: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle.

    The Opportunity:

    As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional electrical engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to develop detailed designs, specifications, and reports. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

    Requirements

    Must Have Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design for building services and construction (with a focus on large-scale projects in sectors like Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and Stadiums).
    • Experience working on projects in the state of California.
    • Proficiency in electrical design software like Revit.
    • Familiarity with computational analysis tools for electrical fault analysis and lighting design.
    • Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions to clients at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload effectively and meeting deadlines.

    Nice to Have Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
    • LEED AP accreditation.
    • Up to 15 years of total professional experience (with a preference for candidates who have seen projects through to completion).
    • Experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
