    Description

    As a Respiratory Therapist you will perform independent professional respiratory care diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in an appropriate, safe and cost effective manner. This position also supports medical staff and other hospital staff in providing quality patient care.

    Work Schedule: Casual Evenings. 8-hour shifts 3pm-11:30pm. Casual requirement minimum of 1 shift per month and one holiday shift per year.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduate of a Respiratory Care program
    • Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), or a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
    • Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of MN
    • Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
    • ACLS certification required within 6 months of start date.
    • NRP certification is required within 6 months of start date.
    • Minimum of one-year ICU experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • NICU experience
