Our Louisville area clinical practice with multiple clinics seeks enthusiastic US based certified Prosthetist(s). Prior management experience of an O&P facility is ideal but not mandatory. Responsibilities include:

• Leveraging leadership expertise to ensure exceptional patient care services in our clinic(s), maintaining professionalism, and delivering customer-centric experiences.
• Servicing as a role model by supervising, training, and developing personnel to achieve excellence in service quality.
• Maintaining relationships with payor sources while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, state laws & local regulations. Collaborating with central office staff on region-wide objectives & budgeting processes including annual development reviews/ updates
