- Lead and manage audits from customers or other entities (IATF) to sustain high-quality performance
- Assist Project management in product development through PFMEA and Control Plans
- Provide leadership and direction in the development of effective quality policies and programs which ensure that the organization produces quality products
- Train and Manage plant contacts to successfully support Plant managers on the 8D corrective action projects
- Facilitate and assist plants in defining and successfully completing Quality Objectives
- Manage Supplier Approval and Development program
- Work with cross-functional for follow-up on internal corrective actions
- Other duties as assigned

- 5+ years of leadership / management experience.
- 5 to 8 years of Quality engineering experience is required
- Working knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- 4 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of and experience with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality standards What's on Offer
