    Job Summary


    The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance (CQM) plays a vital role in evaluating the treatment progression of client programs through in-person observation, data review, and direct communication with staff. You will provide valuable feedback to ensure clients are progressing in alignment with their treatment plans, reporting directly to the local Clinical Director(s).

    Essential Job Responsibilities


    Under the supervision of the Clinical Director(s), your key responsibilities will include:

    • Maintaining a small to moderate caseload.
    • Assisting Clinical Director(s) with interventions to influence positive outcomes.
    • Collaborating with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payors.
    • Evaluating clinical quality by providing consultation and supervision, and communicating with Behavioral Interventionists (BIs) and parents/caregivers.
    • Regularly collaborating on cases that are not progressing as planned.
    • Participating in advanced clinical consultations to modify treatment plans.
    • Communicating with parents regarding clinical concerns.
    • Providing parent training workshops to enhance participation.
    • Attending IEP meetings as needed.
    • Monitoring and providing input on outcome data trends.

    Qualifications


    Required Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
    • Minimum Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field; BCBA certification or clinical license required.
    • 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
    • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
    • Background check, tuberculosis test, and other required clearances.
    • Comfortable working in various environments including home, community, school, clinic, and military bases.
    • Strong desire to support and develop staff skills and abilities.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
    • Highly organized with a professional, positive attitude.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
    • Direct work with clients may include physical demands such as sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, and frequent transitions.
