- Follow Master Batch Records for packaging controlled oral solid dose (OSD) and other dosage forms.
- Safely set up, operate, troubleshoot, and clean packaging equipment per SOPs and batch records.
- Perform in‑process quality inspections and testing during production.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, components, parts, and production rooms.
- Complete accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Properly process labels and components: FIFO, counting, transferring, and returns.
- Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime as required.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Understanding of the metric system.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Experience in OSD pharmaceutical packaging.
- Experience with serialization equipment and processes.
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience in a regulated industry.
- Ability to climb stairs, step ladders, and platforms as needed.
- Must be able to wear PPE, including a Powered Air‑Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
- Ability to push/pull and maneuver drums, totes, pallets, and boxes (up to 275 lbs with assistance).
- Lift up to 40 lbs multiple times daily; handle equipment parts up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect tablets/capsules for shape, size, color, and surface defects.
- Perform assembly/disassembly of equipment involving pulling, pushing, and twisting.
- Work a 10.5‑hour shift, 4 days per week, with overtime as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or packaging industry experience preferred, or equivalent combination of mechanical skill and relevant similar industry experience.
- Required: Hands on experience in oral solid dose (OSD) packaging, including serialization, and production setting.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Packaging Technician to support pharmaceutical packaging operations in a cGMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
