    JOB SUMMARY:
    Performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    Maintain, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codesProvides professional customer satisfactionTest pipes to determine whether systems are working accuratelyInterprets and applies mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modificationsDetermine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work ordersMaintain accurate records on material and labor usedPerforms job as scheduled and within budgetInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are cleanRespond to emergency calls as neededPerform preventive maintenance on tools and equipmentPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedRepair and install electric, and tankless water heatersOperate tools and equipment according to safety proceduresAll other duties as assignedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent4 plus years of experience with building plumbing maintenanceTexas Journeyman Plumber License requiredAbility to lift at least 50 lbs.

    Ability to prioritize job functionsPersonal initiative and follow-through to completionAbility to work independently without supervisionAbility to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidayClimbing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, bending and twisting is required


    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    May be required to return to work when major problems with plumbing are encountered on off-shifts or weekends. Responsible for planning and organizing preventative maintenance for all plumbing equipment for both Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium.

    Administrative duties include time keeping duties for people in your department and collecting bids for any material or repairs needed from 3rd party vendors.

    Ability to work in noisy and hot environments and to work with water.
