Job Description

We are seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing and the ability to manage patient care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Successful completion of the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
