    Summary:
    Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified JNTC Electronic Warfare (EW)/Cyber Integrator to provide professional services and support to the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2) Operational Environment (OE) and Core Functions
    The Operational Environment (OE) is a composite of the conditions, circumstances, and influences that affect the employment of military forces and bear on the decisions of the unit commander
    As an organic, complex system, the OE provides the common framework in which warfighting programs and strategies are conceived, defined, and executed
    It is a living foundation in which choices made, by adversaries and allies alike, affect the outcome of the future which must be accounted for
    As the adversary's asymmetrical approach to warfare continues to generate greater complexity and flexibility, the government's requirement for similar complexity and adaptability in Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) escalates correspondingly
    TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2)'s mission is to understand, visualize, describe, deliver & assess the OE to reduce risk and prevent surprise; today and into the future 2035+
    TRADOC G-2 is the designated lead for the Operational Environment; the process of developing, verifying, validating, accrediting, and providing OE products and services represents an authoritative, validated OE contextual baseline for TRADOC users and operational forces in the areas of training and training development; education; leader development; concept and doctrine development; and capabilities development, integration, and evaluation
    Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Support TRADOC G2's Opposing Forces (OPFOR)

    Program Management Directorate and its two divisions:
    OPFOR Accreditation Division and OPFOR Modernization Division.

    Provide program and technical EW/Cyber subject matter expertise for OPFOR modernization efforts, developments, and initiatives in coordination with the HQDA DCS, G-3/5/7, JCW, and Combined Arms Command (CAC)'s Combat Training Center Directorate (CTC-D), the Army Training Support Center (ATSC), TRADOC Capabilities Manager (TCM) OPFOR, and the Combat Training Centers (CTCs), to replicate realism and consistency of OE portrayal across all simulation domains.

    Present EW/Cyber OPFOR requirements to the Technical Support Working Group (TSWG), and the CTC and Operations Council of Colonels to validate resources needed to develop, field, and sustain modernization initiatives.

    Provide lead technical effort to assist ATSC in the development, technical definition, and refinement of training support requirements for EW/Cyber OPFOR training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS) to include all aspects of LVC-G equities within the Synthetic Training Environment (STE)

    Provide Cyberspace Operations, Electronic Warfare and Space Operations tactical and technical subject matter expertise to advise replication and modernization of OPFOR Information Warfare (INFOWAR) requirements (DOTMLPF) at CTCs and home stations.

    Conduct research to define requirements to inform and/or produce Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation, including Capability Based Assessments (CBAs), Initial Capability Documents (ICDs), and Capability Development Documents (CDDs).

    Provide subject matter expertise and support to the ongoing Capability Needs Analysis (CNA) process.

    Provide capability development support to assist with the identification, development, and review of Army requirements for EW/Cyber OPFOR programs in support of the Army's collective training at the Home Station and the CTCs.

    Provide analysis and expertise on existing government and commercial solutions to training gaps.

    Conduct thorough research, document findings, and present analysis in writing and orally, and provide constructive criticism to build consensus through the CTC and Operations Council of Colonels and respective General Officer Steering Committees.

    Produce JCIDS documentation and analysis to support the procurement and future modernization of the Army's Opposing Force Program at the Combat Training Centers and Home station

    Required Qualifications:
    Must possess 10 years of experience performing and/or supporting relevant and similar support as outlined above
    Bachelor's degree or higher or demonstrated work experience in Cyber Security, Information Management, Computer Science and/or Information Security.
    An in-depth knowledge of Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Cybersecurity, EW, Space and Information Security domains
    Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
    Valid US passport for travel internationally; 30% travel frequency expectation.
    Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
    Work cooperatively with other team members to complete assigned work.

    Adaptable to rapid change in position requirements and demanding timetables with a high attention to detail, with an ability to work independently.

    Experience working with TRADOC G2, JS J7, DoD Elements, CYBERCOM or ARCYBER preferred

    Clearance:
    Must possess an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance

    Location:
    FT Eustis, VA Travel: CONUS and OCONUS travel is expected for this position.
