    Description

    As a Human Resources Generalist with NDM Hospitality, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations, including ensuring high standards for ethics, values and our company Win from Within culture.

    Primary responsibilities will include:

    Recruitment and Onboarding:


    • Collaborating with hiring leaders to ensure staffing needs are met.


    • Posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates through different channels.


    • Conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.


    • Coordinating new Team Member orientation and onboarding.

    Employee Relations:


    • Serving as a point of contact for Team Member inquiries and concerns.


    • Supporting volunteer events, the company newsletter, team engagement events.


    • Conducting exit interviews.

    HR Compliance:


    • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


    • Maintaining accurate Team Member records and documentation.


    • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Benefits Administration:


    • Supporting Team Member benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave policies.


    • Assisting Team Members with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.

    Requirements:


    • Proven experience 5+ years in a human resources role, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, Team Member relations, and HR compliance.


    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - bi-lingual a plus English/Spanish


    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
