    Description

    Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Connecticut. This individual will work on diverse projects within design/build, general contracting, and construction management.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to grow with our company, working alongside experienced professionals who will provide formal training and mentoring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 5+ years of experience with a strong work ethic;
    • Experience in environmental, vertical, or civil construction industries;
    • Ability to operate dozers, graders, and excavators (including backhoes, track hoes, articulated dump trucks, water trucks, compactors, skid-steer loaders);
    • Ability to read blueprints;
    • Lifting up to 100 pounds;
    • Passing a background check, physical/drug test;
    • 40-hour Hazwoper training preferred;
    • Compliance with and promotion of all safety policies and procedures;
