    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the government sector. The Partner Integration Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, understanding their needs, and strategically positioning our products/services to meet those needs. This role requires a deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the government sector to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Monitor government procurement trends, policies, and regulations to anticipate opportunities and challenges.

    Partnerships Development:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government agencies.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for government clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and collaborate with executive leadership to align & enable government contracts and partnerships.
    • Solicit feedback from partners and incorporate feedback along the way to influence product roadmap.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and assist business development teams to develop compelling proposals, tailored to the specific needs and requirements of government clients.
    • Collaborate with business development teams in negotiating contract terms and agreements with government clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
    • Pipeline Management
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of government opportunities tracking progress and updating relevant stakeholders regularly.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, growth, marketing, and product development, to support government business development initiatives.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product/service offerings and better meet government clients' needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in government business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • In-depth understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong network of contacts within government agencies and knowledge of decision-making processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Federal Contracts Manager) are a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary and stock options are negotiated based on experience.
    • Healthcare at the gold-tier level, dental, and vision is fully funded by the employer. 50% of dependent coverage is provided by the employer.
    • Unlimited vacation, sick leave, including office closure between Christmas and New Year's, and extended holidays at Thanksgiving and the 4th of July.

    • Hybrid work environment, with 3 days per week required in office in Washington, D.C or New York.
