    Title: Warranty Claims Specialist

    Length: 90 day (3 Month Contract)

    Location: Renton, Wa (In-person)

    LHH is actively interviewing candidate for a temp Warranty Claims Specialist for our client in Renton, Wa. This position is full time and offers a friendly environment, hands on training and provides you the tools to succeed in this role. Our ideal candidates have experience working within claims and those that can provide outstanding customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by customers and dealers.
    • Ensure all claims are complete with the necessary documentation and adhere to company policies and warranty terms.
    • Enter and update claims information in the warranty management system.
    • Provide customer service
    • Resolve warranty-related issues and escalate complex cases to the Warranty Claims Manager when necessary
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all warranty claims and correspondence.
    • Assist in the development and revision of warranty policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warranty claims processing, customer service, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in using warranty management systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
