Job Information:

Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time position in Midland, MI, starting next school year. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development within the school environment.

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic or behavioral challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and plan interventions.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in school psychology.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
• School Psychologist Certificate from the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), preliminary or full.
• Previous schools experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
