    Site Manager – Paint System Maintenance Services
    Seguin, Texas
    Purpose/Summary of Functions
    Responsible for ensuring work sites are productive, efficient, and safe.

    Responsible for day-to-day operations at no more than two locations, which involve managing client relationships, people and resource planning, financial management (revenue, profit, cost control) and continuous improvement activities.

    Essential Duties & Responsibility

    • Oversee daily operations.
    • Monitor work progress.
    • Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
    • Create and analyze daily reports to manage and improve overall site performance.
    • Use highly adaptable leadership techniques to create teams that have highly effective and highly productive values.
    • Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
    • Review and manage budget to control cost.
    • Assist overseeing vendor relationships.
    • Collaborate with customer to strategically implement solutions.
    • Create and maintain good working relationships with customer in all aspects.
    • Improve quality of service, increase efficiencies, and innovate processes.
    • Identify opportunities for increasing profit and revenue.
    • Ensure operations team is following company process and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
    • Perform quality and conformance audits to monitor service KPI's.
    • Recruit, hire, train, supervise staff.
    • Supervise contracted staff.
    • Coordinate Training
    • Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner.
    • Mediate on-site conflicts.
    Organizational Relationships

    • Directly reports to Director of Operations
    • Directly supervises:
    o Cleaning Technicians

    • Coordinate's activities with
    o Management Team
    o And Operations Level employees.
    Qualification


    Required:

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
    • Ability to think critically.
    • Ability to write reports professionally.
    • Proven supervisory and management skills.
    • 5+ years working as production manager or similar.

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge of industrial paint application & operations
    • 5+ years working as production manager or similar.
    • Experience budgeting and forecasting.
    • Knowledge of operations management
    • OSHA 30 or greater; proof of safety competence.

    Authority

    • Has the authority to issue quotes to customer.
    • Has the authority to perform and issue cost estimates.
    • Has the authority to complete and sign Work Orders.
    • Has the authority to submit Corrective Action Reports.
    • Has the authority to fill out and submit Vendor Qualification Form.
    • Has the authority to make and approve purchases.
    • Has the authority to complete Customer Buyoff.
    • Has the authority to complete Ledgers.
    Schedule
    Weekdays

    • Monday-Thursday Day Shift
    Weekends

    • Sundays (Hours will vary depending on weekend cleaning hours)
    Must be flexible to work during or around Holidays when customer shuts down production.
    Salary - $60,000-$70,000 Commensurate with experience
